Non Disclosure Agreement

On (Date of Transaction), Aussie Essayist, a division of Oxbridge Researchers Ltd.,    (thereafter SELLER) and CUSTOMER’S NAME (thereafter BUYER) contracted for the delivery of a (Academic Level) project (approximate  # words), on the provision that the transaction remain confidential. Accordingly, both parties have agreed to the following:

SELLER shall treat the information contained within the project and all stages of its preparation as confidential. Confidential means that information, in whatever format or medium, pertaining to this transaction, shall not be disclosed to a third party. It also means that the SELLER shall not make this information, in part or in whole, accessible to any except the BUYER, whose identity the SELLER shall not disclose.

SELLER acknowledges the work to be owned, both in full and in part, by BUYER and recognizes the buyer’s copyright ownership over it.

SELLER shall treat all aspects of this transaction with the strictest of confidentialities.

SELLER shall not, at any time, use any part of the project for commercial reasons or otherwise.

SELLER shall not, at any time, publish any part of the project, whether in full or in part, through any medium.
